Extra Innings offers indoor comprehensive clinics throughout the year for players ages 7-18. These clinics emphasize fundamental improvement for young players and advance training for older players. All clinics are designed to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction.
December Baseball Hitting Class
This 4 session clinic focuses on the mechanics of hitting and bunting. Our instructors will conduct a detailed point-by-point inspection of the stance grip and swing and will correct any flaws or problems. All batting tunnels and the training room will be utilized. A great way to start an off-season training program! Space is limited.

This clinic focuses on the fundamentals of the pitcher and catcher. Instructors work specific drills each week to improve the mechanics of the pitcher and the proper techniques of receiving, blocking and throwing for the catcher. Each week the pitchers will throw live to the catchers under the supervision of our instructors. Space is limited.

December Vacation Clinic
This five day clinic focuses on the skills of hitting, fielding, pitching, throwing and base-running. Players are separated into age groups and rotated through different stations that are designed to teach a different skill. Each station is taught by one of our instructors in their area of expertise. This one of our most popular clinics and space is limited so register early.

February Baseball Coaching Clinic
This clinic will be run by experienced coaches and is designed to assist the volunteer recreation baseball coach. Our staff will cover state-of-the-art instruction for throwing, hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding, as well as outline the most time-efficient and effective way to run a practice. This is open to all moms and dads who give so generously of their time by picking up the clipboard and coaching our kids during the season.
